I'm 36 weeks pregnant and have pains while sleeping on my sides?
I was fine up until this point. All of a sudden, I am having trouble walking, I feel like I have to pee all the time when i don't, and sleeping has become a real challenge. Esp when I lay on my left side with pillows wedged inbetween my legs, there is so much pressure and discomfort in my right lower belly. Any ideas? Not sure if the baby dropped because I don't feel her kicking my ribs!
Ps) I do feel her moving, just not kicking my ribs...so i am not worried about that
Yes, sounds like your baby has dropped! This puts pressure on the bladder making you have to pee more often, and makes sleeping harder because of new pains and pressure caused by the head pressing against your pelvic floor.
The fact that you wrote "all of a sudden" is a tip-off to the fact that your baby has dropped. Most women notice it right off and they feel a chance in pregnancy symptoms.
