I LOVE this dress, but NO WAY amm I paying 200 dollars for a dress for an 8th grade graduation dance. I reeeeaalllyy want a close match though, solid top, floral print bottom, middle tie, silk/sateen texture/material or look alike...you get the idea.

I searched and found several that were slightly different (i.e. bottom was solid, top was floral) but didn't match what you're wanting exactly, and you appear to want basically a cheaper replica. That being said, I'd say your best bet is to call around and get the cheapest prices on a custom made dress with the cheapest satin material you can use, and you should be able to get that dress made (basic cut, cheapish material, two different patterns - one solid, one floral) for less than $200.
